• Manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise business applications and their supporting infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, primarily using PowerShell, to streamline administrative tasks and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with internal development and business teams to integrate applications with various systems, APIs, and data sources.
• Design and implement data models and workflow automation solutions aligned with business requirements and operational goals.
• Lead infrastructure and application-related projects from planning through deployment, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business priorities.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance availability and user experience.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures while ensuring compliance with IT governance and security standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in system and application administration within enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in managing and optimizing business-critical applications and infrastructure.
• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell; experience with Python, SQL, or similar technologies is considered a plus.
• Solid understanding of APIs, workflow engines, data modeling, and application integration concepts.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with IT governance, security policies, and best practices for enterprise systems.
