This is arole well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step intheir career. As an IT Business Partner Management Team lead, you will beresponsible for,

  • You will be the IT Business Partner for the executive teams in the US with a focus on DI MI
  • You will ensure the alignment of Business and IT roadmap and the respective budget planning activities
  • You will contribute to IT Transition projects with focus on supported business
  • You will manage and develop a team of 5 internal employees across 4 sites
  • You identify and develop solutions to increase efficiency, elevate customer experience, and resolve business pain points
  • You will ensure the operation of the IT infrastructure at the locations

  • You have experience as an IT Business Relationship Manager and are able to communicate with key users and executives
  • You have excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • You have experience in demand management (incl. Cost evaluation and benefit plans including productivity)
  • You have solid expertise in strategy development
  • You have managed a team before and were responsible for the development of your team members
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have excellent PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

Required skills to have for thesuccess of this role

  • You have a bachelor's degree in a technical field or comparable experience and certifications
  • You are able to effectively collaborate and communicate across different organizations
  • You have a general understanding / Know-how of multiple IT-services (e.g. infrastructure, SAP, IT platforms like Microsoft 365 and others)
  • You have experience with ITSM and ITIL
  • You have experience in leading medium sized IT-projects
  • You are able to work effectively in global, multi-cultural teams
