IT Business Sr Analyst - C12 - MUMBAI

The IT Business Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
Responsibilities:

• Act as a cluster business analyst for the countries which are categorized under the cluster heads.
• To perform impact assessment & analysis of the requirements for the project for that country.
• To work with the application teams on requirements analysis, estimations and assessment.
• To manage the project blueprint for that project and work closely with the cross-funcational teams on the project delivery.
• To have a capability in co-ordinating multiple projects simultanelously and meet the project timeline.
• Identify and communicate risks and impacts on the project delivery and timely escalation to the cluster head and senior management.
• To involve and participate in the in-country audit/risk & control assessment.
• Work closely with the sector risk & control expert and cluster head to deliver the country's commitment to the regulators.
• Excellent commnication skills are required to communicate, interact with cross-functional teams and country senior management.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 9-12 years of experience.
• Experience in financial products.
• Experience managing across multi-function or across countries.
• Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communiaction skills.
• A solid understanding of technology processes and systems.
• Proven ability to act independently, work quickly and with careful attention to detail.
