All about the role:

The IT Business System Analyst - SAP MM has an exceptionalopportunity to join the IT delivery team for the North America (NA), ConsumerCentric transformation initiative, also known as ConCenT which directlysupports and enables the vision for Electrolux.

The ConCenT project is focused on transforming the current systemslandscape that our consumers touch everyday including Contact Center, ServiceOperations, Consumer Sales, Knowledge Management, Digital Tools and more.

It is an intricate network of interconnected systems which handle everythingfrom how we onboard our consumers and store their data to how we manage spareparts planning, schedule our service visits, and sell to consumers.

What you'll do:

• Proposing solutions to address real business processes statements.
• Interact with IT and business stakeholders throughout the project management lifecycle of our demands.
• Perform configurations in our SAP ECC modules.
• Translate business requirements to our ABAP developers.
• Document functional specifications/low level architecture to get the new solution approved by the Architectural boards.
• Report progress of deliverables to the SAP ECC Technical Project Manager.
• Document and update progress in our Software Project Management Tools (Jira, ServiceNow).
• Follow Electrolux Group IT Change Management policies to move application changes into production environment.

Qualificationsrequired:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university with 7-10 years business/industry work experience
• 8-10 years of delivering Enterprise class solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of support and implementation experience in SAP MM.
• Experience building and supporting (MM portion) of procurement, purchasing, receiving, inventory management, pricing, and services.
• Experience with cloud integrations and hands on knowledge in ALE-Idoc.
