IT Business Systems Analyst

AMIRI is seeking a talented and detail-oriented IT Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team based in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining our IT systems to support the seamless operation of our business. As an IT Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, assess system needs, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand IT requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. 
• Design and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives and improve operational processes. 
• Work with the development team to ensure the successful integration of new systems and technologies. 
• Leverage expertise in NetSuite to enhance and optimize financial and business operations. 
• Provide support and troubleshooting for NetSuite-related issues. 
• Oversee data migration, data cleansing, and data integrity efforts. 
• Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure the accuracy and security of information. 
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to identify and address IT-related challenges. 
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on system design and implementation. 
• Strong knowledge and experience with NetSuite is highly preferred. 
• Strong knowledge and experience of financial reporting and accounting 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
