About the role:
CLA is looking to hire a IT Client Support Analyst. The Client Support Analyst provides customer service to external clients by evaluating and prioritizing requests from clients experiencing technology related issues. They positively communicate with clients and other members of the information technology team and maintain an enthusiastic, professional, positive attitude. Good customer service and patience is a must. The analyst must maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude throughout their interactions with clients.
As IT Client Support Analyst, you will:
- Respond to chat support requests from CLA clients and Internal CLA members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic log-in and application navigation issues
- Log detailed activities, and track requests utilizing an incident management database
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team setting by sharing support experiences and issues.
- Cultivate a working knowledge of IT ticketing system and chat support
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
What you will need:
• Minimum 1 year experience working in customer service or providing IT support
• Bachelor's Degree or experience acceptable in lieu of bachelor's degree.
