IT Cloud Management Analyst 1

The IT Cloud Management Analyst 1 is responsible for the day-to-day processes involved with managing RSM’s cloud assets. This person is responsible for monitoring cloud resource usage and growth for LOBs, FGs and IT. Their primary function is to provide detailed reporting which allows the business to make informed decisions regarding their cloud use

Builds and maintains a standardized approach for cloud use reporting. Seeks and leverages feedback from stakeholders to guarantee continued success.

Actively seeks technical education to better understand cloud and platform resource options as well as maintaining up-to-date technical acumen.

Works with Business Operations team to understand critical cloud and platform drivers.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

 (MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)

• Microsoft certification AZ-900 preferred
• Microsoft certification AZ-104 preferred
• Equivalent experience will be considered

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

(MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)

• Familiarity to CloudHealth preferred
• Experience with a cloud resource management tool (CloudHealth, Cloudability, CloudZero, etc.) required
• Microsoft Azure experience required
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills required 
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem solving skills required 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team required 
• ServiceNow acumen preferred
