Job Description
IDT is seeking a motivated person to join the Technology Risk and Compliance team.
In this role, you will be an active member of the team helping to identify and reduce technology risks utilizing various techniques and working with multiple teams within Technology to execute these principles.
Technology Risk and Compliance helps ensure IDT remains compliant with relevant laws, compliance frameworks, regulations and best practices.
We oversee technology risk strategy; governance, policies and standards; compliance monitoring and reporting.
We manage audit exercises for the company as well as any remediation and optimization projects related to compliance.
As an IT compliance analyst, you will:
- Implement and manage an effective compliance program.
- Develop and review company policies.
- Create effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Work with technology teams to identify risks and execute optimization and remediation plans
- Help to build our GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) processes and tools.
- Coordinate audit interviews and deliverables
