Deliverables

• Resolve help desk IT support tickets in a timely manner
• Maintain system uptime and minimize disruptions
• Deliver IT projects on time and within budget
• Conduct regular infrastructure audits with actionable recommendations
• Perform hands-on technical work with hardware and software
• Maintain company technology infrastructure, including software, hardware, and networks

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a IT coordinator or a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Proven experience managing IT projects
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in Windows Server
