Community Health Center, Inc. Job Description:

The IT Cyberecurity Analyst works under the direction of the Manager of Cybersecurity and Network operations in support of the Community Health Center. The core functions of this role include planning, implementing, upgrading, administering, and monitoring enterprise network and Cybersecurity solutions for the protection of computer networks, hardware, applications and information. This role is responsible for supporting enterprise security solutions, and ongoing security assessments while supporting day to day Cybersecurity and Network operations.

Essential Duties

  • Support the implementation and administration of the CHC Cybersecurity program and solutions.
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of enterprise security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures).
  • Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and information.
  • Support risk and vulnerability assessments of planned and operational information systems to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and protection needs.
  • Support the development of system security contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the Cybersecurity industry including awareness of emerging threats, security technologies and protocols.
  • Participate in the selection and acquisition of new Cybersecurity solutions or enhancements to existing Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Support the deployment, integration and initial configuration of all new security solutions, and information systems on premise and cloud.

Qualifications

Education & Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or management information systems or a related field (or 5 years equivalent work experience), is required
  • One or more of the following certifications is preferred:
    • CompTIA Security +
    • CompTIA CASP+
    • GIAC GSEC
    • GIAC GCIH
    • ISACA Certified Information Security Analyst
    • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security
    • (ISC)2 SCCP
    • (ISC)2 CISSP

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 Years working in an IT Security role responsible for information security, network administration, and systems administration.
  • Experience with vulnerability, patch management and configuration management.
  • Experience with mobile device management.
  • Understanding of penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
  • Understanding of enterprise networking concepts.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, writing and communications skills.
