Our IT CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Foundations team is integral to delivering a luxury experience to our customers. This individual will join an established team with a focus on enhancing and delivering capabilities for B2B and B2C relationship management. Our team is growing fast as part of an enterprise initiative to deliver a customer 360 platform with Microsoft Dynamics as the foundation. Our mission is to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to support an end-to-end seamless experience across Marketing, Sales, and Service touchpoints.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of data sources relevant to the customer experience platform through the means of data profiling tools and techniques
- Ensure data is maintained in compliance with enterprise data standards, policies, and guidelines
- Lead collaborative discussions with business users to elicit information, gather data requirements, and translate into technical details
- Work with business and platform team members to ensure standards regarding privacy, security of data, data governance, and access controls are appropriately followed
- Own data deliverables including contribution to the overall project business requirements and data requirements documents
- Manage and document changes to data models
- Work with development and testing teams to resolve data issues
- Lead data governance and data availability tasks within the customer experience platform team
- Participate in the testing of the technical information systems regarding implementation, upgrades, and/or patches to ensure data integrity and systems functionality
- Build subject matter knowledge in specific areas across multiple lines of business
- Define, build, and manage data dictionary / catalog for respective data models and platforms
- Own metadata and data lineage processes within enterprise metadata and warehouse systems
- Gather, analyze, profile, and map system data into the data warehouse to meet reporting and analytical needs
- Identify problematic areas and conduct research to determine the best course of action to correct the data
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets
- Deploy tools including dashboard, infographics, reports, and models to inform and support decision making
- Build and maintain reports within the platform team supported applications
