The Information Technology Development Program (ITDP) designed to equip new or recent graduates with the technical skills and knowledge needed to thrive in our Agile Operating Model. Software Engineering - If you are passionate about software engineering, developing new and innovative technical solutions and working in a fast paced, empowered Agile environment John Deere is the place to be. Help us build rich web application, large-scale apis, robust data transformations, or create the platform our engineers get to innovate on. What Skills You Need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA required of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
• Previous technical experience through an internship or part-time student position preferred.
• For the software engineering track, experience with Python, Java or JavaScript preferred.

Work Statement: US Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Must be able to relocate domestically. Assignments will either be in the Quad Cities area (Moline, IL/Davenport, IA) or Des Moines, IA area.
