IT Director

We’re looking for a leader who is passionate about further developing and managing a world class IT team and infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to shape the direction of a department that is essential for Lattice’s future. 

To be successful in this position, the Director needs to have broad technical skills in addition to strong interpersonal skills and managerial experience.

• Responsible for planning and directing IT operations (including cloud backend: JamF, Okta, Zoom, etc.)
• Directly manage and coach distributed team of IT Support Specialists
• Develop a proactive and support oriented IT strategy 
• Drive large complex IT projects like office build outs and system migrations
• Establish KPIs and report on them
• Work with Finance and Legal on new and existing vendor relationships and own the IT budget
• Acts as senior support level for user requests and help the career growth of team members
• Help automating repetitive tasks
• Implement ITIL best practices (primarily incident, problem and change management) and IT processes in cooperation with other teams

• 10-15 years of progressive IT & Security experience in a growth-based, B2B organization; public company experience preferred
• 3-5 years of people management experience, with a focus on coaching and performance management
• 3+ years of strategic, cross-functional technical leadership, with a demonstrated history of proactive execution
• Knowledge in setting up and automating JamF and Okta for scale (Scripting, Workflows)
• Familiar with system integrations and networking (Wi-Fi, VPN)
• Experience with Mac OS
• Experience managing and mentoring a distributed team
• Knowledge of common security practices to protect Mac endpoints and cloud systems
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strives for perfection while executing quickly on projects
• Is able to anticipate future needs and address them proactively
• Familiar with Hire to retire processes
• Critical thinking, challenges status quo
• Hands-on, willing to get into the trenches of IT Support

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $198,587 - $279,262. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plan.
