LTK is seeking an IT Director; specializing in Technology Service Management (ITSM) to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering efficient and effective IT services to internal, and external clients and has a strong understanding of ITSM and its various aspects.

Job Purpose: 

In this role, you will be responsible for providing IT systems administration and endpoint management for the LTK Dallas-based corporate office and global distributed remote workforce (600+ and growing). Our technology environment is built on modern SaaS services and public cloud, so experience with these types of systems is a plus. You will be responsible for the administration of services such as Google Workspace, Dropbox, Slack, as well as the Mac and Windows laptop environments.

As our Director, you will work closely with our IT development and operations teams to support our planned growth and strengthen our processes and service catalog offerings. Reporting to the CISO, you will be on the "front lines" of our IT team's service delivery and be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all ITSM related processes, including escalation and resolution.

• 10+ years of experience managing IT systems and IT engineering staff (3-5 direct reports)
• Experience supporting both domestic and international helpdesk teams; strong focus on vendor management 
• Global experience managing and deploying technical assets
• Expertise with latest macOS and Hardware
• Administration experience with Google Workspace (formerly GSuite). Familiarity with Microsoft 365; preferred but not required
• Experience with Service Management software or comparable ITSM software such as Jira Service Desk
• Experience with Slack administration and similar messaging services
• Experience working in SaaS first companies
• Worked with AWS or other public cloud offerings (GCP, Azure, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Focus on driving efficiency: streamlining and automating repeatable business processes and workflows 

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, however, we value experience over a degree
• ITIL®/ITSM Functional Process Consulting or Process Management Lead
