IT Director - Oracle ERP

We are seeking an IT Director that will be in charge of leading the Oracle ERP team. This person will direct the preparation, development, and enhancement of systems and solves problems by use of computers through the management of cross-functional teams. Consults with managerial and systems analysis personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes, and determine extent of programming, network, and overall IT hardware and software systems performance status. Supervises IT managers, supervisors, or other technical personnel directly or indirectly. Revises and directs the goals and functions of the company's or department's IT program.

Job responsibilities:

• As a business analyst, responsible for understanding the requirements and/or issues to be addressed, proposing, modelling, and designing a potential solution, reviewing this solution with peers, business partners and stakeholders, configuring/developing or programming appropriate functionality within the Oracle solution suite and managing the testing process to assure the business requirements have been met
• As a part of a global support team, be the initial point of contact to resolve EBS-related issues
• Install, qualify and support ERP peripherals (including barcode scanners, label printers, scales)
• Recommend upgrades / patches to the Oracle EBS suite
• Document user procedures / processes
• Design and develop RICE components as required
• Drive the overall operations excellence to ensure best deployment and usage of Oracle ERP application by working closely with the business, site IT, P&W HQ and Corp teams
• Working the GAMS team to deliver high quality support services to the business user community
• Design, configure, unit and system testing, documentation, assist in training and implementation of projects, programs, workflows, which are assigned by the Director, Oracle Projects

License/Certification/Education: Normally B.S. Degree required w/7-10 years of experience.
