As an IT Director - Tempus within PNC's Tempus Technologies organization, you may be based in a remote location. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

As the IT Director within PNC's Tempus Technologies organization, you will be part of Tempus' Strategic IT Leadership team. In addition to the central duty of IT Team management and development, this role is responsible for leadership and oversight in IT change management, governance and compliance, vendor and stakeholder management, performance metrics and the annual IT budget.

Job Description

• Manages the research, strategic development, and implementation of platform architecture
• Contributes to strategy development for platform architecture and creates a vision that aligns with business strategies, processes and needs.
• Implements best practices, standards, architectural approaches and complex technical resolutions for (PA) processes.
• Oversees quality improvement efforts in (PA); ensures that deliverables are secure, scalable and reliable through estimation and correction.
• Manages platform architect and technical resources; uses these to deliver high quality programs to meet business requirements.

Work ExperienceRoles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $250,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
