IT End User Computing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) deployments and maintenance.
• Oversee the setup, and ensure seamless operation of audio-visual and video conferencing system platforms.
• Implement and maintain various IT services, including Office 365, antivirus protection tools, VPN services, and more.
• Monitor and manage IT end user computing assets to ensure optimal utilization and control.
• Identify and implement improvements in IT procedures and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain MDM, and other device management tools.
• Provide technical training and support to end users to enhance their IT skills and knowledge.
• Provide off-duty support for IT infrastructure as needed. Support other tasks as assigned by the lead.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.6+ years of professional experience in IT Technology operations and support.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting. Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Network management (Ex. Firewall, Switch, AP, DNS)、server hosting (VM)、Storage management、data center management
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Good technical knowledge in IT end user computing hardware and software services.
• CCNA certification is preferred.
• Experience with AWS or GCP is a plus.
