Peddle is seeking a seasoned IT Engineering Manager with an "automation first" mindset to bring technical innovation and process improvement to all areas of our technology.

You will play a leading role in formalizing the IT Engineering role within our Information Technology team and determining its future. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, you will have a broad scope of responsibility in all areas of IT: Identity and Access Management, Change Management, Security, System Integrations, Web-based service management, Escalation Management, and Technical Documentation.

Your Primary Focus

• First and foremost - Creating an amazing IT experience for each of our users
• Evaluating Change Management requests for applicability, efficiency, and security impact
• Administration, Maintenance, Security, and Process Improvement for our PaaS / SaaS platforms
• Automation of any and all repetitive tasks
• Ensuring the integrity of our Identity and Access Management process
• Technical mentorship to fellow team members

What You'll Need

• A passion for seeking out and solving problems
• A scrupulous, yet adaptable mindset
• An openness to giving and receiving feedback on a real-time basis
• 7+ years of general Information Technology experience
• 2+ years of experience architecting and automating Identity Management processes using Okta as the IAM platform
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Demonstrable experience in the administration of some of our core platforms: GSuite / Google Workspace, Salesforce, the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Opsgenie), AWS, Intercom, Talkdesk, Tray.io, and Airtable
• Experience with Javascript, JSONata, and/or other scripting frameworks
