IT Finance Analyst

Job Description

As an IT Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between finance and technology. You will leverage your expertise in accounting, financial planning, and business analysis to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making. Your proficiency with various financial software and tools will be essential in optimizing our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts using Anaplan, Excel, and other tools.

• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Design, develop, and implement financial reports and dashboards using Tableau and other visualization tools.

• Automate financial processes using Python, SQL, and UIPath.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP (ECC) FICO, and Salesforce.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare financial statements and reports.

• Participate in the implementation and optimization of financial systems and software.

• Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning, and business analysis.

• Proficiency in Anaplan, Lucidchart, Python, SQL, Excel, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP (ECC) FICO, Tableau, Salesforce, and UIPath.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
