What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated, knowledgeable, and bilingual IT Help Desk Analyst who will be the primary point of contact for internal users seeking IT-related assistance.

This is a hybrid role based out of either Bolingbrook, IL, Salt Lake City, UT, or Fort Worth, TX. Some travel may be required depending on business needs and will be communicated in advance.

What You Will Do:

· Support & Troubleshooting: Provides technical support for all internal employees, including but not limited to software, hardware, and network related issues.

· Customer Service: Ensures the upmost customer satisfaction by promptly responding and resolving assigned tickets through our internal Help Desk system.

· Collaboration: Partners with other members of IT, internal business divisions, and third-party vendors to align operational efficiency and meet business needs.

· Record-Keeping: Creates and maintains documented specifications of system configurations, troubleshooting ticketed items, and additional projects as needed.

· Compliance & Security: Ensures the Company’s IT processes and procedures comply with local, state, and federal laws, as well as align with business standards.

· Other IT projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Minimum of 2+ years in an IT support, analyst, or equivalent role.

· Fluent in English and Spanish required.

· Extensive knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

· Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and interact with stakeholders at all levels.

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to solve simple and complex IT-related problems from start to finish in a swift manner.

· Demonstrates an understanding of IT fundamentals, including concepts involving networks, servers, hardware, software, and databases.
