IT Help Desk Intern

Your role

• deliver technical support to our users regarding all IT related issues.
• analyze requisitions, incidents, and call records
• provide on site physical IT support to business users

Your team

You will work with the IT Help Desk team based in São Paulo, Brazil. We are responsible for provide technical support to all employees, promoting innovation and technological improvement for our users.

Your expertise

• studying Computer Science or Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Data Processing, or related field with graduation date by Dec/25 or after
• availability to work 30 hours/week on site
• solid MS Windows and MS Office skills
• ideally advanced English
• great communication skills and collaborative profile
