IT Help Desk Manager

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Manager for our QSR (Quick Serve Restaurant) Team. We need a charismatic leader of people, someone who understands motivating and developing talent. This person needs a passion for quality service and serving others. This position is likely to oversee a growing 30-person I.T. support help desk for restaurants.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee team and tickets to ensure fulfilment of SOWs & MSAs.
- Provide input to constantly improve our services to add value for our customers.
- Build, coach, and develop a team of helpdesk technicians.
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Resolving service issues and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position will be managing around 30 full time team members within various roles. Responsibilities will include:
- Communicate and promote Company Values
- Participate in the recruiting process, interview, and hire new staff as needed.
- Monitor employee compliance and productivity, provide regular, constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Required Education and Experience:
- Must have prior management experience in a TECHNICAL environment, or have managed an IT Help Desk.
