Job Description

The resource will be included in the IT team, will work alongside a more senior figure and will carry out activities relating to the configuration of IT devices for the Tirana office.
What will you do:

• Helpdesk 1st and 2nd level in HQ Tirana;
• Maintenance and installation of computers and devices in the hardware and software sector; Support in daily IT activities;

Qualifications

What we require:

• Knowledge of Windows/iOS/Android operating systems;
• Knowledge of network infrastructures;
• Knowledge of the Office package; Aptitude for problem solving;
• Ability to work in a team
• Fluent in English ,

Additional Information

The workplace will be at the Auto1 Albania headquarters. Deliorgji Tirane.

The hours are 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
