IT Helpdesk Analyst

About the Role:
Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for a motivated IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be a member of our IT department, focusing on supporting our Support Center and Clinic Teams. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid technical foundation and a passion for providing excellent support to our teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues for the Support Center and Clinic Teams.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Work with MSPs to resolve issues.
You Have:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- An Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred). CompTIA A+, Network+ certification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of network management.
- Experience with PC troubleshooting, Mac troubleshooting also preferred
- Experience with JumpCloud, BitDefender, Google Workspace and Slack.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation will fall between $55k-$65K annually based on experienceÂ
