We’re searching for a Senior IT Helpdesk Technician who will be responsible for the configuration and operation of our software and systems. You'll lead and build workflows for configurations and audits of ClickUp’s systems environment, identity and access management program, information systems, and network security. You'll play a major part in IT and security compliance. You'll work with each department to deploy, manage, and maintain our corporate governance program that guides business best practices.
You’ll be a strategic partner working directly with the COO, VP of Security, and DevOps team.
The Role:
- Work closely with the business being a part of our scalable information technology program for a cloud-native, SaaS business
- Configure and operate our cloud software and IT infrastructure, auditing and administering access as required for our users and compliance needs
- Audits of identity and access management configuration, suggestions for changes to improve security, cost, and usability
- Developing and implementing plans and workflows within the ClickUp business and interconnectivity with our (largely cloud based) third party tools
- Vendor and tech stack governance and change management including accountability and management of internal stakeholders
- Working directly with the DevOps Tooling team to communicate with relevant stakeholders on systems updates and changes
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
- Provide technical guidance on applications and security practices
- Excitement to grow 1% every day and eagerness to advance skillset to objectively assess and audit ClickUp’s IT and business processes
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment
- In office AV operations Testing, updating and issue resolution
- All hand’s Calendar updates (Scheduling and registering updates to meetings)
- Vendor relationship management (CDW, SHI, Cabling, TelData, Dyna Electric, Zoom, Okta, Jamf to name a few)
- Act as an IT Support liaison for Senior staff
- IT related Event setups (TVs, Monitors, Projections and content streaming)
Qualifications:
- Technical understanding of IT processes - including applications, network systems, and operating systems, change control, asset management, data privacy, and IT risk assessment, cybersecurity best practices, Cloud security controls, etc.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it.
- Experience auditing implementations of IT systems.
- Knowledge of best practices around data security.
- Ability to train end-users on frequently asked technical issues and create trainings to assist with FAQs.
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems Auditing, or Accounting.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Experience with security programs like SOC2, ISO27001, or PCI.
- CompTIA A+ certification.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $109,000 (base pay)
