Job Description

The IT Infor M3 Technical Lead will be responsible for the configuration and support, maintenance, and updating Infor M3. They will need to collaborate with different functional areas in gathering business requirements, documenting, and designing solutions, improving processes, and helping in the configuration to deliver significant business outcomes. The lead should have thorough knowledge about setting up companies, projects, and details therein in M3 products.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and communicate how IT solutions can support the achievement of short- and long-term business goals.
• Provides guidance and consultation on Infor M3 functionality and configurations to other departments, which may include reviewing system documentation, feasibility, design, testing, and implementation.
• Responsible for configuration, support, and maintenance of Infor M3.
• Lead Infor M3 continuous improvements by improving processes and designing solutions that deliver significant business outcomes.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Your Profile

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
• Food and Beverage experience.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience using Infor M3 development tools.

Additional Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge on Infor OS, M3 modules, Ming.le, Infor Document Management and ION Workflows.
• Basic knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, and XML.
• Experience in ERP implementation or support projects.
• Ability to articulate a solution effectively.
• Strong experience in building applications across platforms and products using Infor ION.
• Expertise in integrating applications with Infor M3 ERP using Infor ION integration platform.
• Familiar in the area of APIs, Message Processing and Integration.
• Experience in designing Infor ION Workflows, Events, Extensions.
• Experience in data migration and integration.
• Experience in M3 adhoc and standard reporting.
• Familiar with Infor Implementation methodologies.
• Problem-solving attitude for client-related projects.
• Good in business documentation and presentation skills.
• Completion of training programs as assigned and/or required.
