IT Infra Admin Generalist
Job Description
- Handling generic non-technical admin & coordination todos helping EEFT IT Infra Managers
- IT INFRA procurement related non-technical admin works
- Ticketing system related non-technical admin works
- HW/SW/License asset admin todos for EEFT IT Infra teams
- Various reporting and tech writing todos
- Driving various IT INFRA calls
- Follow-ups and reporting
- 3+ years experience at IT project management and delivery coordination at multinational companies
- ITIL knowledge and experience with ITIL based work processes and ticketing systems.
- Can use effectively the general office IT tools (MS Teams, Onenote, Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, Visio).
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Proactive, Get it done attitude.
- Analytical thinking.
- Precision, attention to details.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- High attention to details.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Clean criminal check.
- Documentation skills.
