IT Infrastructure Engineer

The role at Lunar Energy will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of a scalable IT network topology to support both remote deployments at Contract Manufacturing (CM) locations and Lunar Energy’s day-to-day operations.  The scope of this role would include:

• Connectivity to various CMs and other suppliers
• Operations
• Cloud infrastructure
• Engineering tool support
• Collaboration and alignment with International teammates for scalability
• IT security and data retention

• Design, procure, implement and maintain various tools, equipment and network deployments
• Visit CM sites to install or maintain the above
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support to colleagues concerning both network infrastructure and SaaS platform integration issues.
• Research and recommend new products or services
• Lead efforts to improve IT processes
• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
• Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance
