• Deploy and manage business-critical applications and resources in a cloud infrastructure like Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Work with the Information Security and People Teams to develop automated onboarding and off-boarding processes 
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to coordinate IT policies
• Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, and training material for internal employees and IT staff
• Participate in the technical escalation tier for IT operations and end user support
• Develop system-monitoring and support automation to enhance and scale the quality of support
• Establish and participate in cross-functional relationships with internal teams to drive initiatives

• 3+ years of experience in IT/Engineering in a high growth environment
• A passion for building new things but realize that maintenance is half the battle
• Ability to work autonomously with a humble, team-player mindset
• Enthusiasm for continued learning and growth
• Foundational knowledge of identity and access management and networking
• Eagerness to work in an agile environment on an agile team
• Flexibility and comfort when adapting to different technologies

• Applying configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Terraform
• Developing automation workflows and integrations for repetitive or manual tasks
• Working in AWS environments
• Using CI/CD tools and Git
• Scripting with Bash and Python languages
• Administering SaaS applications like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
• Possess a foundational understanding of networking
• Knowledge of container and microservice technologies
• Experience supporting Linux and Mac
