The IT Project Management Director in the Enterprise / M&A Delivery Management team will be responsible for strategically driving delivery of M&A initiatives on behalf of GI&O. These initiatives include Mergers, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Strategic Alliances and Divestitures. This role requires deep experience in the M&A lifecycle and processes and a strong understanding of infrastructure domains. You will be responsible for resource management, coaching and mentoring of delivery team members. Additionally, this role will be a key member of the delivery leadership team to assist in overall organizational strategy and work to enhance delivery capability across the Delivery organization.
Specific areas of responsibility are:
- Manages delivery teams for M&A initiatives on behalf of GI&O, with a focus on business value, scope, time, cost, and risk.
- Partners with our Technology M&A Practice and infrastructure domains to develop comprehensive project plans to meet the strategic and business requirements.
- Guides team in best practices of project management.
- Leads executive reviews and identifies opportunities for improvements.
- Focuses on team performance management, skill assessment and development and long term career planning.
- Has ability to identify and handle impediments and potential roadblocks for teams.
- Drives a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Guides the team and ensures all are working towards a common goal.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience managing teams through day-to-day aspects of complex M&A projects.
- 10+ years of experience leading teams.
- Strong organizational, delivery and program management expertise.
- Demonstrated knowledge in major infrastructure areas such as network, compute, storage, cloud, end point, identity.
- Experience leading within a global, matrixed management organization with the ability to influence without authority.
- Demonstrated leadership in talent management, resource management, relationship management and financial management.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal, team building, and motivational skills.
- A passion to mentor and develop strong talent.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, able to prioritize and motive others.
- Distinguished written and verbal communication skills; adept presenting skills; experience in both creating and giving presentations to senior management.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma a plus.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 141,500 - 235,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
