Our engineering team is responsible for designing, building, and supporting innovative solutions that serve our customers and enable our business operations. We own all aspects of technology at Brady with a focus on reliability, security, automation, and ease of use. Our current emphasis is on building data platforms to support advanced analytics and APIs, helping to drive our digital transformation. We partner with sales and marketing, finance, operations business users and data scientists to help improve efficiency and decision making.

You enjoy exploring new areas of understanding, and are constantly looking for ways to improve processes through technological innovation.What You'll Be Doing:Work with the IT teams on initiatives including, but not limited to, software development, cloud data warehouses, reporting, analytics, automation, machine learning, and security.What You'll Need To Be Successful:Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.Work Schedule:Expectations of 10-15 hours per week during school. Days and times are flexible with a student's schedules. Full time during the summer.
