IT Intern

The IT intern will serve as support to the Corporate Headquarters IT team. This opportunity is for someone who has an interest in entering the IT field and is currently working on a secondary degree in a related area. An IT intern at Altium can expect to acquire practical experience with relevant tools and techniques used in the industry.

• The opportunity to work with various IT systems and technologies, including software development tools, network infrastructure, and data management systems
• Assist with day-to-day IT tasks at the Altium Headquarters
• Act as an additional level of support to the IT Support Specialists and System Administrators
• Office space remodeling, relocating/dismantling of IT infrastructure, and setting up new workstations

• A strong skill in problem-solving
• Previous exposure to teamwork and collaboration
• Basic understanding of industry trends and practices
• Currently pursuing a secondary degree in a related field
• Ability to work in the La Jolla, CA Headquarters office 5 days a week

The salary range for this role is $17/hr to $19/hr. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
