Our organization is seeking highly motivated college students to be a part of our summer internship program. Throughout the summer, you'll collaborate with and learn from Williams' leaders and participate in activities with your fellow interns. We provide robust training and development throughout your internship crafted to accelerate your knowledge and learning, so you can succeed in a high-performing environment. Internships may be in our corporate office, regional headquarters or area offices throughout the country.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Develops understanding of how IT supports Williams' core business
  • Assists analysts, developers or project managers on key IT projects and initiatives
  • Determines the best solutions for real-world problems using quantitative data
  • Designs and implements information technology that optimizes organizational efficiency
  • Maintains focus on exceeding internal and external customer requirements and expectations
  • Collaborates with various teams to achieve enterprise goals
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Follows and supports Williams Core Values
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Required: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (MIS, CIS or Computer Science preferred) with at least one summer remaining prior to graduation
  • Required: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to relocate to office or asset locations within U.S.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently, within a team and within a matrix environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possesses strong problem solving, analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Demonstrate intermediate-advanced level of utilizing Microsoft Office Applications and other computer applications and programming specific languages such as SQL, DAX, C#, Java, JSON and Angular
  • Proven leadership experience within a work, project and/or campus environment
