IT Junior Business Analyst

Job position: IT Junior Business Analyst
Location: Wrocław/Krakow
Type of work: hybrid- 3 days per week in office
Compensation - Competitive (including bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Support the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, design, deployment and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives WITH the objective of providing high quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 4,5 years of experience on similar job position
• Specific competencies derived from hands-on experience applying given competency for software development projects in XVA and Counterparty Credit Risk domain
• OTC and ETD derivatives, netting process, MongoDB, SQL, SAFe Agile, Valuation Adjustments (XVA)
• Agile: PSM / PSMPO / SAFe POPM / SAFe SSM / ICAgile
• MongoDB Certified Developer Associate
• Oracle: OCA / OCP
• Business Analysis: ECBA
• High analytical skills
• A high degree of initiative and flexibility

• High quality awareness
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
