IT Lead

We are seeking an IT Lead to design, implement, maintain, and support all Ambi Robotics IT infrastructure including networking, user account management, and machine commissioning/decommissioning. A major component of this is achieving and maintaining SOC2 compliance and general infosec requirements for enterprise customers. Additionally, the mission extends systems administration for shared company resources such as GPU servers.

In this role, you will

• Own company IT services (through third parties where applicable) including corporate network, mobile device management, operational security on robots deployed to the field, asset management (including onboarding and offboarding), and responsive support
• Achieve and maintain SOC2 compliance (Type I and Type II)
• Achieve and maintain compliance with all customer infosec requirements
• Work with vendors to purchase relevant equipment and subscriptions
• Define and maintain budgets for IT subscriptions and company endpoint management
• Create and maintain documentation on infrastructure, policies, and procedures
