As a Lead functional engineer, you’ll be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise to the team that is responsible for building and deploying end to end IT solutions for business and markets especially in the CRM and service space. In addition, you will act as a servant leader for SAP Sales and Service platform. You’ll act as a sparring partner and trusted advisor from IT for business Product Owners. Delivering highly qualitative solutions must be in your DNA!

What you’ll do

• You’ll communicate, translate and simplify business requirements (in e.g. User Stories) to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.
• You’ll be responsible for the overall functionality, quality, performance and security of the SAP Sales and Service platform.
• You’ll lead the other SAP Sales and Service specialists in your team.
• You’ll the Single Point of Contact of the SAP Sales & Service Cloud Platform and manage all stakeholders.

Your qualifications

• You’ve a master’s degree in technology (or equivalent).
• You’ve minimum 14 years of relevant experience.
• You’ve experience in implementation and integration of global IT solutions in SAP Sales Cloud and Service.
• You’ve experience with business process modeling, analyses and re-design in the M2O domain.
• You’ve experience in defining functional and non-functional solution requirements.
• You’re fluent in English and you have excellent consultancy and communication skills.
