Its exciting times at IT enterprise core technologies portfolio, where we are transforming core business functions with leading edge technology. We are looking for a top talented IT Lead who has the experience leading the end to end design and delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
As the IT Lead for Acquisition ERP/CRM integration, you will be responsible for overall planning and delivery. You will lead the end to end project delivery on complex initiatives to merge acquired companies into Motorola Solutions enterprise systems and processes, including ERP/CRM systems. You will play a pivotal role, guiding cross functional teams of internal and external resources
Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations:
Own the preparation of the business case and financials for cross functional projects
Lead the Delivery Team for the project and own the overall technical direction
Manage the design, development, and delivery for the project
Own the Sprint Review meetings and bring in the right teams and representativesÂ
Ensure architectural and technical standards are followed, and implemented
Work with the Product Owner, Project Manager, and BRM to prioritize and clarify the requirements / acceptance criteria
Provide technical updates in monthly governance meetings
Using a consultative approach, partner with business and IT workstream leads to run the acquisition integration analysis and end to end delivery plans
Desired Background/Knowledge/Skills:
Experience leading end to end ERP transformation and M&A acquisition integrations, with ERP applications like SAP, Oracle ERP
Strong technical and process expertise on ERP - Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Lead to Revenue and Demand to Deliver processes is a must.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional & geographically dispersed teams
Ability to build relationships, influence key decision-makers, and collaborate on a cross-functional team comprised of diverse teams, skill sets, and levels of experience
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
Experienced with Agile methodology for project delivery
Strong Analytical, Communication and People skills including the ability to drive productive conversations, independently maintain project documentation, drive follow-up on open actions.
Very strong team player, able to foster teamwork and a positive working environment and ability to work with both IT and Business teams
Ability to plan and organize work in a fast-paced environment
Skilled in creating and delivering presentations to all audiences, including senior executives
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver commitments while managing multiple priorities
NOTE: Candidate can reside anywhere in the US , but Chicago is preferred.

Basic Requirements
Bachelor degree with 10+ years of relevant experience leading, designing, and implementing Oracle e-business Suite applications, Oracle Cloud applications, and/or SAP.
