As an SAP/Procure to Pay Lead, you will be responsible for the implementation and support of specific business applications. This role will have primary responsibility for the relationship between business users and technology and is expected to engage and deliver value as outlined by business requirements. Expectations included detailed understanding of SAP's processes and configuration related to Supply Chain capabilities - including S/4 Material Management, Purchasing/Procurement, Demand planning, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations and Logistics.
How will you impact our organization in this roleon a daily basis?
- Lead the Supply Chain functional team through building, testing, and deployment phases of SAP implementation.
- Lead / Facilitate (with consultants) workshops, design sessions and gap analysis based on requirements.
- Develop functional specification, configuration documentation, testing scripts, etc., and other such project artifacts.
- Validate and streamline business processes for SAP.
- Educate stakeholders and project team members on SAP functionality and best practices.
- Coordinate business sign offs and deployment strategy.
- Vet deficits and associate resolutions based on business value.
- Stabilize business processes & leverage SAP investment.
- Evaluate technology products and appropriate methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of technology experience.
- 8+ years of SAP Experience; at least two full life cycles of SAP.
- S/4 5+ years of MM.
- 1+ years of ATP is a plus.
- 1+ years of EWM is a plus.
- Ability to travel.
- Superior oral and written skills are required to communicate at multiple levels within the organization, with Customers and industry leaders.
- Proactive communication and follow up is essential to manage Suppliers and Customers.
- Self-structure and a high degree of organizational skills are required to manage multiple products and market segments in a broad geographical area.
- Thorough preparation and planning will be key requirements for success.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment.
