Description
We are looking for a highly capable IT Manager to provide technical assistance to our staff. In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data.
Working with a close knit team, this role will contribute to the maintenance, installation, configuration, and security of the organization's public/private Cloud environment, platform and application stacks.
Key Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders from various departments as required.
• Manage and support corporate IT infrastructures (LAN/WAN, Windows, Mac)
• Provide IT assistance and support to internal staff (in-office and remote)
• Manage user devices and accounts
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary
• Manage requests and relationship with IT vendors
• Create and maintain ITSM policies and documentation

Qualifications & Key Skills
Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years' experience in a Systems Administration or similar IT support role
• Technical knowledge of the following: Linux OS, MacOS, Windows Desktop/Server, DNS, LAN/WAN, Endpoint Management, Anti-Malware & security tools
• Experience managing ITSM requirements and documentation (HITRUST/SOC2/ISO27001)
• Experience managing asset and inventory control systems
• Experience managing various outsourced IT vendors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and administration abilities

Key Skills:

• Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics
• Advanced knowledge of endpoint maintenance and system security
• Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with or exposure to various tools and platforms including but not limited to MS Office 365, Google Workspace (G Suite), AWS, Azure, and Atlassian
