IT Manager
Job Description
Reporting to: Chief Administrative Officer
Job Summary: The IT Manager will be responsible for managing TTS's out-sourced IT managed service providers, a Salesforce administrator, and future teammates as TTS grows. The IT Manager will work closely with TTS's E-learning team, which has oversight of TTS' customer-facing LMS, data dashboard, and other customer-facing solutions. The IT Manager will also be responsible for identifying technology solutions, negotiating contracts, managing vendors/subscriptions, and ensuring timely implementation compatible with TTS systems and overall environment.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent related experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in IT, preferably in multiple departments
- At least 1-year of experience with one or more of the following: managing direct reports, primary responsibility for one or more technology stacks, Solution Architecture or similar.
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and a "whatever it takes/get it done" mentality.
- Interested in continual learning without outside motivation.
- Strong organizational skills and an effective planner
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
- Strong customer-facing skills and experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Preference given for any one or more of the following certifications (or similar): PMP, CISM, CISSP, CASP, Security+, Network+, Salesforce Admin/Architect/Business Analyst, Microsoft
