Role Overview:
As the IT Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of our IT operations, ensuring the stability and security of our internal tools. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in scaling IT operations within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role will report directly to the COO and part of the Operations team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of technical support for internal tools and systems, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute efficient onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Provide support for internal and external applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
• In Partnership with the Security team, implement and enforce robust security policies and procedures. Support compliance efforts, including HIPAA, GDPR, or other relevant regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Manage and support collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Notion).
• Implement and manage MDM solutions to secure mobile devices.
• Streamline IT processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Develop documentation for IT workflows and best practices.
• Track and manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
• Oversee SaaS applications, including license management and usage optimization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management roles.
• Proven experience in scaling IT operations for a growing organization, ideally in a startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT operations and tools, security protocols, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience with vendor and SaaS management.
• Expertise in MDM, data management, and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
