Role ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Lead the configuration and management of cloud-based enterprise software, including Microsoft 365, to streamline operations and enhance organizational efficiencyÂ
- Provide comprehensive support for IT helpdesk requests and asset management encompassing hardware and software, including troubleshooting, coordination, resolution, and proactive identification of trends to propose strategic changesÂ
- Manage end-to-end device provisioning for new employees, offering continuous workstation support, administering access controls, overseeing employee software managementÂ
- Responsible for maintaining endpoints at all locations, including but not limited to creating user accounts on multiple platforms, deploying/upgrading endpoint hardware, installing and upgrading endpoint software, and troubleshooting issues (mobile devices, laptops, desktops, & office technology devices)Â
- Perform maintenance and upgrades to office technology hardware including, but not limited to, running ethernet cables, configuring employee desks, deploying conference room devices, installing audio/video equipment, life safety, and security systems (badge readers, cameras, door locks, etc.)Â
- Work across all departments to help individual teams understand their IT risks and requirements while enhancing optimizationÂ
- Leverage experience to recommend industry standard incident management best practice solutions in data recovery, prevention, and responseÂ
- System administration of servers, network devices/configuration (Cisco Meraki) operational enforcement of information and cyber security Â
- Provide IT guidance and risk advisory support to key initiatives (vulnerability scans, penetration tests, etc.), partner with external vendors as appropriateÂ
- Providing risk metric reports while assessing organizational processes, applications, and infrastructureÂ
- Closely collaborate with our internal/external partners to optimize our IT policies/tools to provide client services in a secure and efficient mannerÂ
- Ensure proper maintenance of data classification (policy, access levels, audits, retention & action) consistent in support of SOC 2 compliance standardsÂ
- IT-related analysis of needs, for stability and for continuous improvements to quality and efficiencyÂ
QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experienceÂ
- 5+ years of relevant previous experienceÂ
- Experience in managing internal organizational requirements processes, including process flow creation, technology strategy and infrastructure application supportÂ
- Proficient in managing various servers and cloud-based platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft 365
- Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., Microsoft 365: Administrator) required Â
- Experience administering network platforms such as Cisco MerakiÂ
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and information security conceptsÂ
- Ability to provide support for both Mac and Windows machinesÂ
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testingÂ
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverablesÂ
- Creative solving of technical IT problemsÂ
- Experience with issue management software (ex. JIRA)Â
- Ability to establish and cultivate effective cross-functional working relationships with team members, managers, and external IT supportÂ
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 25lbsÂ
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skillsÂ
- Collaborative attitude, stellar communication skills, and a results-driven mindsetÂ
- Display initiative and self-motivation to work independently Â
- 100% On-site position:Â Monday through Friday based out of Irvine, CAÂ

- Skilled in managing a wide array of responsibilities within a small organization, demonstrating versatility & adaptabilityÂ
- Demonstrated experience working with SOC 2 complianceÂ
- Master's degree in information technology or related fieldÂ
Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications.Â
Irvine Pay Range
$100,000—$150,000 USD
