Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and engaging technologist to be a critical part of our IT Support organization. This individual will be onsite at our Cherry Valley headquarters and be the main point of contact and escalation for both onsite service desk support, as well as remote support for our remote users. The IT Manager will be working very closely with our business teams and IT Leadership to transition and document IT infrastructure and security projects from engineering to production support.
Core Responsibilities:

• Day to day management responsibilities of the technologies at the Cherry Valley corporate headquarters (Network switches, wireless access points, workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, tablets, IP cameras)
• Provide executive level support and remote support for the Shein employees in the Pacific and Mountain time zones
• Collaborate with department personnel and design innovative solutions for all IT issues and enhancements
• Implement all strategies for all IT operations and prepare IT orientation programs for all new employees and ensure compliance to all deadlines and provide upgrade to all systems as per requirement.
• Maintain all hardware and software according to security requirements and maintain logs of all issues and assist to resolve all efficiently.
• Liaise with external parties, such as third-party service providers, standards and technology organization, advisory bodies and industry and peer working groups as necessary, to ensure that the organization maintains a strong enterprise IT posture and technical congruency.
• Sustain high-availability service levels and ensure fulfillment of business-wide service levels and operational support objectives.
• Proven ability to train and mentor staff in technical knowledge and soft skills

Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise IT and technology field
• Knowledge of Endpoint Management solutions, task manager, and similar tools
• Network troubleshooting skills; strong knowledge of commonly used network equipment switches, routers, and firewalls
• Ability to diagnose issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of and experience with design, implementation, maintenance, upgrades and operations of multiple enterprise IT disciplines, such desktops, servers, networking, mobility, communication tools, and enterprise billing and collaboration systems.
• Strong working and practical knowledge of industry IT standards and regulations.
• Experience with change management lifecycle, development and regular preparation of management status and key metrics reports
• Ability to manage and work with extremely technical staff working on very sensitive subject areas and with extremely sensitive information
• High level of personal integrity, with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and exudes the appropriate level of judgment and maturity
• Experience managing and deploying the below technologies (SaaS/Cloud based IT operations systems is a plus)

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or years of experience as an IT supervisor
Field of Study: Computer Engineering or Science, Information Sciences Technology, Management Information System, or related fields
Years of Experience: Generally requires 5+ years related experience.
