As a member of the IT and Security team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape Clear Street’s maturing IT and Security program and influence the security foundation for all our products and services. You will:

• Streamline CSM IT Operations
• Reduce latency for latency sensitive applications
• Create an environment focused on uptime and scalability for CSM applications
• Ensure IaaS, SaaS, and On-prem solutions are leveraged appropriately
• Assess business needs for Clear Street Markets and ensure technology solutions meet business requirements
• Ensure IT-relevant security and compliance policies are adhered to, and grow a CSM-specific IT function
• Create better visibility into the operational status of CSM infrastructure and services.
• Streamline project and production service support

Requirements:

• You have broad knowledge of IT, with a very hands on focus on owning systems and creative problem solving. Windows, Linux, and Mac experience. Local Networking (Ethernet switching and routing, wifi) You are not necessarily an expert in all areas, but should have familiarity with all.
• You are a self starter, who is independent and can comfortably work with C-Suite leadership directly.
•  Ability to balance multiple projects at once. Priorities will change based on market drivers and project priorities will change accordingly.

• You have built out tech platforms for growing businesses in the past, alongside working with senior management to execute on deliverables.
