IT Manager- Digital Customer Experience

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a strategic business partner who supports business strategy development and helps drive business value results through technology innovation and automation
- Direct, schedule, coordinate, and evaluate the efforts of information technology, user and vendor personnel assigned to a specific systems project. May directly supervise and be accountable for a small team.
- Responsible for successful strategic alignment between business stakeholders and IT related organizations, as well as a thorough understanding of company business processes.
- Portfolio/Demand Management, clarification, and prioritization, starting from the conceptual stage, with Communications, Marketing & Sales Operations.
- Working with leaders to define success measures & metrics. Track defined metrics to measure success of program features/IT solutions, help to analyze results and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations
- Provide consultancy in preparing business cases, including ROI statements and KPI definition, to realize IT function added value to business outcomes.
- Prepare architecture design materials and capable of presenting to upper management.
- Actively partner with business stakeholders, IT leaders and project sponsors to manage program/project scope, execute SIT/UAT, manage risks and issues on approach/plans.
- Communicate project progress by producing targeted project or portfolio reports to provide timely, accurate status and decision support information to stakeholders and leadership.
Focus on Strategy Development
- Bringing technology insights into the enterprise strategy development; develop roadmaps to align technology investment with enterprise objectives
- Staying current with emerging technical innovations & application development technologies and solutions within relevant remit
- Explore innovations and technical/process improvements that will lead to operational efficiency, automation and/or enhanced business impact
- Research and understand technology and non-technology trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise's technology strategy, direction, and architecture
Who you are and the experience you will bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration, ideally with a focus on marketing and sales operations. In addition, you have several years of experience in CRM, PRM and/or other sales, marketing, and communication related systems/applications; and knowledge of how front-office business management information technology can be leveraged for operations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong people skills, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with peers, managers and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of architectural aspects like Integration Architecture, Security Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture etc. which plays as key IT enablers to CX technology.
- Experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS development
- Strong understanding of PM/SDLC methodologies (SCRUM, CI/CD, other)
- Drive conflict management and issue resolution.
- Self-starter who works with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
