IT Global Manager - IAM Services
The Role
The Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM) is responsible for the access management program, which is designed to ensure the Allegion user identities, accounts, credentials, and system access are wholly managed. This role is responsible for establishing, growing, and overseeing the overall team and identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and providing IAM services to Allegion. This role directs the planning, implementation/development, and operations of the overall IAM team, processes, architecture, and tools/technology. This role works with a team of Engineers and IAM Support staff that values automation, reusability, scalability, and security using industry best practices that meet the business need.

IT Global Manager - IAM Services
The Role
The Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM) is responsible for the access management program, which is designed to ensure the Allegion user identities, accounts, credentials, and system access are wholly managed. This role is responsible for establishing, growing, and overseeing the overall team and identifying, analyzing, evaluating, and providing IAM services to Allegion. This role directs the planning, implementation/development, and operations of the overall IAM team, processes, architecture, and tools/technology. This role works with a team of Engineers and IAM Support staff that values automation, reusability, scalability, and security using industry best practices that meet the business need.
- In conjunction with the Cyber Security Leads, establish, build out and mature the IAM function and its related activities including planning, testing, reporting, and delivering IAM services.
- Develop strategic design, implementation, and support deployment processes aligned with Enterprise Architecture and Cyber Security that streamline internal operations and delivery of IAM platforms
- Manage and oversee / monitor daily services, incidents, and service delivery, ensure issues are escalated and addressed, ensure processes are followed and evolve overtime as necessary.
- Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience focusing on infrastructure/data security or equivalent experience with a complex technical product and/or large technical programs
- Excellent verbal and written skills and be comfortable presenting ideas and issues to different levels within and outside of the organization, to include executive leadership, customers, auditors, etc.
- Has a demonstrated track-record for building and leading exceptional teams through collaboration, mentoring, skill training and transition of technologies and processes as technologies and compliance requirements evolve.
- Experience in process definition, workflow design, and process mapping

- Developing role-based access control strategy and production implementation
- Identity Governance Solutions - Okta, SailPoint,
- Privileged Access Management Solutions - CyberArk, Beyond Trust, Delinea
- SSO solutions - AuthO, CyberArk, Azure AD
- Experience with Cloud IAM - AuthO, One Identity,
- Cert management
- IAM - Okta, SailPoint AuthO
- Partner with HR-Digital Technology Teams for further integrations and accommodating changes impacting downstream applications and systems
- Actively engage with business and technical leads to aid in translating stakeholder requirements into solution/system requirements
- Enforces a holistic, enterprise IAM approach across the organization; integration of identity governance and access management that provides access to business functions without impacting business operations
- Manage a staff of access management professionals, including development plans for our key talent
- Support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Cyber Security efforts and initiatives.
- Manage, generate, and improve key IAM metrics
- Regularly advise business leaders on IAM issues, challenges, and new best practices
