We’re looking for a positive and proactive IT Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll manage our IT operations, ensuring smooth services and infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in strategic planning, managing IT resources, and supporting all our teams to perform at their best. You’ll also be crucial in guaranteeing the security of our IT assets and will contribute to our ISO 27001 certification process. Plus, you’ll have the exciting challenge of leading a distributed team in India and France.

As IT Manager, you will:

  • Develop and manage timelines for major IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and planned outages.
  • Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and enhance productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to support informed business decisions.
  • Ensure IT services deliver an exceptional experience in employee support, deployments, infrastructure, database management, and daily IT activities for over 900 users.
  • Oversee and maintain IT operations, including:
  • Operating systems and security tools.
  • Application management: MDM Cloud Administration (JumpCloud), Google Workspace Management (domain, email, user management), and third-party applications (antivirus, password management).
  • Hardware and software inventory tracking and maintenance.
  • Ensure the preparation and conduct of audits for ISO27001 compliance specifically for IT operations.
  • Install and manage IT equipment in new office spaces (4000m²).
  • Led a team of IT professionals in France and India.
  • Manage multiple office locations across three time zones.

What will contribute to your success:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in IT.
  • Experience supporting company certifications (ISO27001, PCIDSS, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and information security.
  • Proven ability to manage and build an IT Support Specialist team.
  • Experience in networking or system administration.
  • Proficiency in deploying password management solutions (e.g., LastPass).
  • Knowledge of security technologies (SSO, SAML, VPN, Firewall, etc.).
  • Positive attitude and ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels (technical and non-technical).
  • Awareness of cybersecurity practices and employee training.
  • Excellent English skills and experience in a multicultural environment; additional languages such as Hindi, German, or French are a plus.
