Job Description
Flex is an early-stage, remote-first FinTech startup that is creating the best rent payment experience. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2023 and paying rent on time is expensive, inflexible, and difficult. We’re here to change that! We enable our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing in 2023. Will you be a part of the team?Â
Founded in 2019, Flex is an early stage NYC-based FinTech startup that is building the infrastructure to enable flexible bill payments for all Americans, starting with a very common and very large expense: rent. Flex enables its users to pay their rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances, rather than paying the full amount on the first of each month. This enables renters to better manage their bills and have more available cash throughout the month. Although we're starting with renters, that's just the tip of the iceberg.Â
We’re excited to add an IT Manager dedicated to maintaining and operating our corporate applications, technology and infrastructure used to power the mission and provide high-quality internal customer service to our employees. This is a hands-on role where you will help in managing and selecting systems, services, and methodologies used to create an impact in the next phase of the enterprise.Â
Flex is looking for a proven IT Manager to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to help establish policies and procedures and work on a variety of projects.
