The IT Manager will report to the Senior IT Manager Business Delivery and lead a highly specialized platform team focused on the SAP suite of products.

Primary Responsibilities

The IT Manager's role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the SAP Platform within the IT department and support the business objectives of the enterprise. This individual will plan, coordinate, direct, and manage a team providing SAPBASIS, Security, & Integration along with closely managing our long-term relationship with SAP. They will interact with their fellow peers within IT to ensure proper fiscal, operational, and coordinated business delivery while supporting the growth and well-being of their team.

• Manage the SAP security, cloud, BASIS, and integrations for this enterprise solution
• Effectively communicate with the business process owners (PBOs) and business teams
• Identify standardization and simplification opportunities and emerging requirements for improving business processes using standardSAP-provided functionality.
• Partner with Domain and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into functional / technical requirements.
• Manage relationship with delivery partners; communicates technical requirements, defines deliverables, and ensure execution success.
• Collaborates with IT Infrastructure & Operations to define Release plans.
• Partners with SAP RISE lead for project and run support
• Responsibility for planning and overseeing upgrades with the proper test plans and execution
• Ensure optimal use of the system and adherence to SAP license compliant
