Clarity Partners is seeking an IT Network Administrator local to Chicago, IL. This individual will oversee and maintain security networks, ensuring optimal performance, security, and alignment. This position will report in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly maintaining and overseeing the organization's computer networks to ensure optimal functionality.
• Installing and configuring hardware, software, and network components as needed.
• Implementing and managing security measures to protect the network from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and data breaches.
• Identifying and resolving network issues, including connectivity problems, slow performance, and other technical problems.
• Monitor network performance to meet established service level agreements (SLAs) while also analyzing and implementing improvement, upgrades, and enhancement to optimize network performance.
• Provide end-user support for network-related issues, assisting in problem resolution, while also maintaining comprehensive documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Contributing to the planning and design of the organization's network infrastructure to meet current and future needs.
• Conducting regular network audits to identify vulnerabilities, ensure compliance, and enhance overall network security to ensure network protocols, standards, and best practices are met.
• Responding to network emergencies and security incidents promptly to minimize downtime and data loss.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in network administration.
• Strong understanding of network configuration and protocols.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate technical issues clearly, both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required.
